The Famous Toronto dispensary is a cannabis head shop, named CAFE. While not a dispensary, it is an old-fashioned head shop. While it sells cannabis, it's not actually legal. Christina Ciddo, the owner of the shop, applied for a license two years ago. However, she didn't get it and is happy to make more money selling paraphernalia. The city's marijuana dispensary, however, is facing legal challenges.
