Holding my new book, Gardens of Texas!

I am holding my new book, Gardens of Texas, for the very first time! Timber Press sent me an advance author copy to preview. After 2-1/2 years of working on this book, here it is — a beautiful, heavy hardback packed with gorgeous photos, the stories of resilient and creative Texas gardeners, and plenty of takeaway ideas for you.

I made a video right after unboxing it. So turn up your sound, and let me give you a sneak peek.

Thanks for taking a listen! Want to pre-order it for yourself or as a gift? You can find Gardens of Texas at Amazon, Timber Press/Hachette, and other online booksellers for pre-order now, and it’ll be shipped to you in October. It comes out in stores on October 14th.
