Sometimes I’ve tried to change up the Monopoly game with new cards to challenge the property owners. The only one I remember how is “Rent Strike!” which (if I recall correctly) causes the person who got it to miss one turn. While the other players take their next turn this person is also unable to charge rent (if due) to anyone who landed on their property. Sadly, I don’t remember if this had any long-lasting effects on the game.
