Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, recently purchased a $5 million Las Vegas mansion to cut down on all the private-jetting from her Las Vegas restaurants to her home in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ.

No photos are currently available of Lisa Vanderpump at her new Las Vegas mansion, or at her about-to-open third Las Vegas restaurant, Pink’s at the Flamingo in Las Vegas. Vanderpump’s $3.5 million Pinky’s by Vanderpump is scheduled to open next month at the Flamingo. It will follow Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, which the “Vanderpump Rules” star opened in 2019, and Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, which she opened in 2022.

All TMZ reported, based on unnamed “sources familiar with the situation,” is that her luxe new digs are located on a golf course with a massive pool and breathtaking desert views. Which basically describes every house in Las Vegas that sells for over $3 million.

The only additional detail dished was that Vanderpump toured the house last week, days after wrapping Hulu’s “Vanderpump Villa” in Europe, and closed it three days later.

Working Up an Appetite

We don’t know why having three restaurants requires a residence in Las Vegas. Gordon Ramsay has six and he doesn’t have one. In fact, there isn’t really much work for any celebrities who “operate” restaurants with Las Vegas casino companies.

“Operate” was in quotes because there’s nothing for celebs to do at the restaurants that bear their names in Vegas casinos. That’s because they’re wholly run by the casino companies, who merely cut licensing deals with the celebs to pretend to own and operate them.

Gordon Ramsay’s agreement with Caesars Entertainment is the only one we know the details about because it was among the financial relationships exposed by the Wall Street Journal during Caesars’ 2016 bankruptcy proceedings.

According to the agreement, the celebrity chef is obligated to allow himself to be photographed for 24 consecutive hours per year at each of his six Las Vegas restaurants. In exchange for this and the use of his name, he earns $340,000 annually per restaurant ($2 million in total) in addition to 5%-6% of Caesars’ gross profits.

TMZ adds in its report that Vanderpump and Todd will keep their fabulous, $10 million Beverly Hills manse, Villa Rosa.
