Oppo launched the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro last month, but there’s a third member of the family still coming – the Find X9 Ultra. This will of course be positioned as Oppo’s imaging flagship, and as such you may have been wondering what to expect from its cameras.
Today a new rumor out of China tells us that it will come with a 200MP main camera using the Sony IMX09E sensor, as well as a periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom using the Sony IMX09A sensor. Aside from these two, there will also be an ultrawide and another periscope telephoto, for zooming even closer, and the latter, while not detailed in any way, is claimed to be very good.

Oppo Find X8 Ultra
It’s unclear if Oppo will use the same 50MP camera from the Find X8 Ultra, which has 6x optical zoom, or another one. The Find X9 Ultra is expected to launch in April, one year after its predecessor.
On the other hand, the Find X9s will be positioned as Oppo’s small-screen flagship device, as it is the successor to the Find X8s. This will come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ chipset, a 6.3″ screen with an ultrasonic embedded fingerprint scanner, and a whopping 7,000 mAh battery. The Find X9s is currently expected to arrive in March.
